The service provided there was friendly. My room was large and well-appointed and included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, tea and coffee making equipment. The staff was extremely accommodating, the bathroom was clean.

It seems like everything was nice for us, would recomand it. This is surely the best brand-new hotel, extremely accommodating staff, modern rooms.

Great and beautiful setting in the very nice area, near to the kansas city zoo, and casino's, Park city antiques, River Market area, and downtown KC.

Convenient layout for easy access, enjoyable recreation area, beautiful countryside view, innovative room design with a fridge, convenient walk-in shower. Staff, including Mikela and Kelly at check-in, were friendly and helpful, along with the cleaning staff and checkout girl. Will return for future visits to family in the area. Lovely saltwater pool and hot tub, clean rooms, and quiet atmosphere with spacious lobby for relaxation outside of the room.

Our stay was a very nice experience. Came here for 2 days, the hotel was comfortable and fabulous, it had beautiful location just next door to casino's. Really enjoyed the location on top of a hill. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 10 minutes walk from the venue. Extremely accommodating staff that liked their guests. The service was friendly, the food was great.

The staff at Courtyard were incredibly helpful and attentive during our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food options at the hotel were excellent, with fresh and hot meals available in the bistro/bar. Our room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel also had a fitness center and pool for guests to enjoy. We particularly enjoyed the stunning view of the city from our room, situated on a hill. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stress-free and enjoyable stay.

The room was new-fashioned & impressive with a balcony and updated amenities, as for instance. Having a shower and a hairdryer was a bonus.

The hotel is located in a newer area of the city and offers a great view of the Briarcliff Village lit up at night. The spacious rooms have comfortable beds, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The Bistro offers delicious breakfast options, such as the amazing egg burrito and the best oatmeal. The lounge attached to the Bistro is cozy and has TVs in every corner.

The Wi-Fi network is open and unsecure, which can be a concern for some guests.

It was gorgeous and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with always pleasant staff and beautiful location in a very nice area. My stay was relaxing here.
